Deena Pack

Deena Pack has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Deena started their career in 2010 as an RN in Labor and Delivery at Northside Hospital. In 2011, they moved to Cedars-Sinai, working as a Staff RN until 2014. From 2014 to 2020, Deena worked at Lankenau Hospital, where they served as a Staff RN-Clinical Ladder, RNC. During their time there, they demonstrated strong leadership skills, implementing changes within the labor and delivery unit and participating in various initiatives such as the Cultural Diversity Task Force. In 2016, they briefly worked as an RN in Labor and Delivery SDU at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Clinical Services at 365 Health Services, LLC, where they are focused on improving patient care and supporting nurses in their roles as caregivers.
