Ella Plitman

Ella Plitman is an experienced operations and hospitality professional with a strong background in management and coordination. Currently serving as the Manager of Branch Operations at 365 Health Services, LLC since January 2023, Ella has also been a bartender at The Ave Live since July 2021. Previous roles include Coordination & Operations Manager at Rey Logistics Inc, where Ella contributed to operational growth, and various bartending positions at multiple venues, including R2L as Head Bartender/Bar Manager, where responsibilities included team supervision and inventory management. Ella began a career in recruitment operations with New Western Acquisitions, one of the nation's largest distressed property sellers, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Penn State University.
