Jeremy Smith

Jeremy Smith is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in healthcare finance. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at 365 Health Services since January 2025, Jeremy previously held the CFO position at Dynasplint Systems, Inc. from April 2016 to January 2025. Prior roles include Director of Revenue Cycle Management at Ameritox from May 2012 to March 2016, and various finance leadership positions at Maxim Healthcare Services, including VP of Finance for the Homecare Division and Regional Controller, from July 1996 to August 2011. Jeremy began a career in finance as a Senior Accountant at Deloitte & Touche from September 1993 to June 1996. Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame, earned between 1989 and 1993.
