Kelcey Lehrich has a diverse work experience. Most recently, in 2022, they served as a Co-Host at HoldCoConf. In 2009, Lehrich founded 365 Holdings, a Vertically Integrated Holding Company of DTC-centric Brands. Kelcey held the position of Co-Founder and CEO, leading a team of growth-minded professionals. Additionally, Lehrich co-founded eCollect, LLC in 2012 and served as a Co-Founder until 2018. Kelcey also worked as the Director of Business Development at Easy Time Solutions from 2015 to 2018. In 2009, Lehrich became the Franchise Owner & Executive Director of AmSpirit Cleveland, a national Networking Organization focused on the exchange of Qualified Referrals. Finally, in 2009, they founded Cordeva, an M&A Advisory and franchise consulting firm, where they served as the Founder & Managing Director until 2013.

Kelcey Lehrich pursued their education with a focus on business and finance. Kelcey earned an Associate of Arts degree in General Studies and Business from Lakeland Community College in 2007. Kelcey then went on to Cleveland State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 2008, specializing in Finance.
