Juraj Bielik

Juraj Bielik is the current CIO at 365.invest. Prior to this, they were the Director of CBRE Slovakia from November 2015 to February 2021. There, they worked in real estate financing, project and acquisition financing in close cooperation with banks and financial investors in the CEE region. Before CBRE Slovakia, Bielik was the Director/Property Finance at Colliers International from August 2010 to October 2015.

Bielik began their career in finance at Investkredit Bank AG/Volksbank Austria in July 2003, where they eventually became Managing Director and head of the representative office in Slovakia. In March 2000, they moved to UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia, a.s. as Project Finance before becoming the Structured Finance Department – Director at Poštová banka, a.s. (Post Bank Slovakia) in May 1997.

Bielik’s first job in finance was as an Account Manager at Tatra banka from February 1996 to May 1997.

Juraj Bielik has a type Ing in company economics and management from Ekonomická univerzita v Bratislave. Juraj is certified from RICS in MRICS and from National Bank of Slovakia in capital markets & loan advisory professional certificate.
