Scott Dansbury, ACP, CSM, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and team leadership. Currently, as a Senior Project Manager/Scrum Master at 365 Retail Markets since December 2012, Scott coaches teams on the Scrum process, focusing on achieving sprint goals through collaboration and removing impediments. Prior to this role, Scott served as a Purchasing Agent at Meteor LLC, where a Kan Ban inventory management system was implemented, reducing inventory variance by 90%.
