Mohit 'Mo' Vij

Mohit 'Mo' Vij has a diverse work experience spanning over 28 years. Mohit 'Mo' began their career in 1993 as an Industrial Engineer for Hero Honda, where they assisted with Supply Chain Management, Workstation Design and developed Algorithms for Inventory Management. Mohit 'Mo' then moved to Future Technology Consultants Inc. in 1997 as a Systems Analyst, where they worked with the President and Founder to create technical solutions for their ideas. In 1998, they became the IT Director for CSRS, Inc., where they helped the company change its strategic direction from Architecture/Engineering to Program Managers. In 2001, they founded and grew General Informatics (GI) into a regional technology powerhouse. In 2015, they became a Real Estate Developer for @Highland, where they built the first tech-campus in Louisiana. Most recently, in 2021, they became President, CEO and Engineer for 365Labs, where they released the state-of-the-art ERP platform for Law Enforcement and Prosecutors.

Mohit 'Mo' Vij's education history begins with their high school education at Apeejay School from 1975 to 1987, followed by high school at Delhi Public School - R. K. Puram from 1987 to 1989. Mohit 'Mo' then completed a BE in Industrial Engineering at Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology from 1989 to 1994. Mohit 'Mo' continued their studies at Louisiana State University, earning an MS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from 1994 to 1996 and an MS in Systems & Computer Science from 1996 to 1997. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn in 2018, CISA from ISACA, and MSSA MSBS from Microsoft.
