Dzmitry Horbar has over 13 years of experience in the software development field. Dzmitry started their career as a Junior Developer at ItecGroup in 2009 before moving on to Itransition as a .NET Developer. In 2013, they joined ISsoft as a Senior Software Engineer, where they played a crucial role in developing the Amobee Platform, a video advertising technology. In 2020, they transitioned to Deltatre as a Platform Software Engineer, focusing on building a streaming solution that operates sports data in real-time using event-driven and microservice-based architecture. Currently, Dzmitry holds the position of Software Technical Lead at both 365Scores and On The Spot Development, starting in 2022. Their expertise lies in C# and .NET development, as well as container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.

Dzmitry Horbar attended the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics from 2006 to 2011, where they obtained a degree in System Engineering from the Faculty of computer systems and networks.
