Victor Grasland

Victor Grasland has a diverse work experience. Victor started in 2012 as a Sales Representative for Red Bull, where they managed a portfolio of HM/SM/IMPULSE customers, achieved impressive sales results, and improved brand visibility. In 2013, they became an Area Manager for SABMiller, responsible for brand ambassadorship and overseeing general management systems. In 2015, Victor joined Alexandra as a Chief Sales Officer for France, Belgium, and Switzerland. Victor then ventured into entrepreneurship in 2016, founding and leading Panoplee x La Veste de Cuisine Française, an e-commerce company specializing in workwear. Victor is currently working as the Global Account Director & BDR Team Lead at 365Talents, where they manage sales processes, revenue streams, and key executives to ensure customer satisfaction and drive additional revenue.

Victor Grasland started their education in 2007 at Lycée Jean-Baptiste Corot, where they pursued a degree in Sciences et Technologies du Management et de la Gestion (Option GSI) and completed their Baccalauréat in 2010. In 2010, they attended EF International Language Campuses, earning an EF Certificate in English by the following year. Additionally, in 2011, they briefly attended Les Guyards (Orly) where they studied Aéronautique and obtained a CFS.
