Sudhakar Viswanathan has an extensive work experience in the water and wastewater industry. Sudhakar is currently serving as the Vice President at 374Water since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Veolia for six years as a National Sales Manager from August 2016 to July 2022. Before joining Veolia, Sudhakar worked at SUEZ (formerly Infilco Degremont, Inc.) for sixteen years, holding various positions including Group/Product Manager, Principal Engineer, Senior Research Engineer, and Pilot Plant Engineer. Additionally, they served as the Technology Chair at the Network of South Asian Professionals, Richmond Chapter, on a voluntary basis from January 2002 to January 2004. Sudhakar's earlier experiences include working as a Research Assistant at Syracuse University and University of Texas at Arlington, where they were involved in water and wastewater research projects.
Sudhakar Viswanathan completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Environmental Engineering at the University of Mysore from 1993 to 1997. Sudhakar then pursued a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering at Syracuse University, from 1999 to 2000.
