Jared Harrell

Jared Harrell is an experienced Human Resources Manager currently working at 3A Composites Display and Graphic Arts Americas. With a robust background in HR roles, Jared previously held positions at Pella Corporation, where responsibilities included managing HR functions within a manufacturing plant and leading a small HR team. Additionally, Jared served as a Continuous Improvement Engineering Specialist focused on enhancing operational efficiency through process improvements, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies. Jared has extensive teaching experience, having instructed in Bible, History, Geography, and design subjects at Eastwood Christian Academy, alongside roles in various organizations such as Google and FedEx Office. Jared holds a Bachelor's degree in Divinity/Ministry from Golden State Baptist College and has been the Director of Music & Media at Eastwood Baptist Church since 2008.
