Currently serving as Materials Manager and Senior Buyer at 3A Composites Display and Graphic Arts Americas since May 2021, Shelley previously held roles such as Inventory Control Manager at Institutional Casework, Inc., Materials Manager at HEXPOL Compounding, and Co-Owner of Blood River Bait & Grill, LLC. A strong foundation was established at Briggs & Stratton, where Shelley worked for nearly two decades in multiple capacities, culminating in the role of Production Control Team Facilitator II. Shelley holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Bethel University and has prior education from Three Rivers Community College.
