Debbie Sulewski has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to sales, marketing, and product design. Debbie currently serves as the Director of Product Design and Marketing at 3A Composites, where they oversee global marketing initiatives and manages the creative design process for new product introductions. Prior to that, they were the Director of Product Design at Panolam Surface Systems, where they analyzed market trends, developed marketing collateral, and led product development for new launches. Debbie also has experience as an Architectural Sales Manager at Ecophon and LEEZA Distribution Inc., where they collaborated with various stakeholders to ensure project details were communicated effectively and materials were delivered on time and within budget. Earlier in their career, they held positions such as Business Development Manager at Evonik Cyro LLC, Sales Manager at Staybridge Suites Hotel, Sales Representative at Pace Sales & Marketing, Inc., and Sales Manager at Thermoplastic Processes, Inc.

Debbie Sulewski holds a BS in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University-Florham Campus.
