Rica Patel

Rica Patel, MBiotech, CQE is currently working at React Health as the Manager of Quality Systems and Compliance. Prior to this, Rica worked at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics for a decade where they held various roles such as Senior Quality Control Analyst, Quality Control Analyst, and Production Scientist. Rica's responsibilities in these roles included QC testing, process improvement, document control, non-conformances/CAPA/validation controls/QMS regulation, root cause analysis, design changes, supply quality, manufacturing, and quality control of reagents for flow cytometry analysis. Rica holds a Master of Science in Biotechnology from Johns Hopkins University Advanced Academic Programs and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Florida Southern College.
