Robert Gliege is an experienced engineering manager and mechanical design engineer with a strong background in innovative respiratory care solutions and green technology. Currently, at React Health since October 2018, Robert oversees teams in mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, and test engineering, managing project budgets and guiding engineering vision. Prior experience includes serving as Principal Engineer and Development Engineering Manager at Advanced Green Innovations, where Robert led a complex $5M+ project converting diesel engines to natural gas engines, covering all aspects of project management and engineering. Robert's earlier role at the University of Washington involved managing technicians and collaborating with scientists to develop research equipment for oceanographic and atmospheric studies. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington.
