Jessica Wilcox

Jessica Wilcox has over 13 years of experience in the laboratory. Jessica began their career in 2005 as a College Intern at the Ohio EPA. In 2006, they were a Microbiologist at Nestle, where they were selected for cross-training in several areas and recognized for proficiency on a variety of laboratory tasks. From 2007 to 2018, they worked at Battelle, first as a Microbiology Research Associate and Technical Writer, and then as a Senior Microbiology Technician. In 2018, they took on the role of Senior Scientist and Laboratory Manager at 3Bar Biologics, Inc. In this position, they translate complex experiments into daily and weekly activities and ensures staff have proper training, equipment, supplies, and information to perform work safely and effectively. Jessica also develops innovative solutions to streamline processes and increase quality and efficiency, assists with experiment design and data analysis, and ensures quality documentation and data supports test goals and design.
