Derek Hairston

Derek Edward Hairston is a seasoned construction industry professional with extensive leadership experience. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of 3C Industries, Inc. since February 2020, Hairston focuses on strategic partnerships and value creation in construction services. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at True Inspection Services, overseeing revenue growth and project management, and Head of Construction Operations at ABChus, where management of $100 million in annual construction operations and Lean Construction implementation were key accomplishments. Additional experience includes project management positions at SELEKS OOO and ANGAMALY CONVENTION CENTRE PRIVATE LIMITED, as well as early career experience as a Site Engineer Intern at Smoot Construction. Hairston holds an Associate of Applied Science in Construction Project Management from Columbus State Community College and is a Certified Lean Blackbelt from Kaizen Institute, Ltd.
