3CDC is a private, nonprofit, full-service real estate development and finance corporation focused on revitalizing Cincinnati’s urban core in partnership with the City of Cincinnati and the Cincinnati corporate community, specifically focused on the Central Business District and in the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood. 3CDC invests in and develops residential, office and retail properties, parking facilities and civic spaces and manages several major real estate assets and provides event production services for four major civic spaces. To date, 3CDC and its partners have invested $1.6 billion in downtown and the adjacent neighborhood of Over-the-Rhine. This investment has yielded 193 buildings restored, 49 new buildings constructed, 16 acres of restored civic space (including Fountain Square, Washington Park, and Ziegler Park), two civic buildings restored (Music Hall and Memorial Hall), as well as the creation of 2,074 residential units, 156 hotel rooms, three comprehensive residential and service facilities for the homeless with 320 beds, 1,303,184 SF of commercial space, and 5,089 parking spaces.
