Joe Kemme

Joe Kemme, MSA, CPA, currently serves as a Senior Accountant - Development at 3CDC since August 2018, where responsibilities include maintaining the functionality of the Cost Accounting system and preparing monthly bank reconciliations for Development Projects. Joe has previously held positions within 3CDC as Staff Accountant for both Parking and Leasing, managing bank reconciliations and preparing financial statements for various facilities. Joe's experience also includes a Sales Representative role at Primerica since July 2020, and past positions at Kroger, GE Global Operations, CH2M Hill IDC, and Nielsen Catalina Solutions where Joe focused on accounting, finance, and customer service tasks. Joe holds a Master of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from the University of Cincinnati Carl H. Lindner College of Business.
