Katie Westbrook

Katie Westbrook is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in development and community planning. Currently serving as Vice President of Development at 3CDC since August 2012, Katie has held various roles within the organization, including Development Director, Development Manager, Senior Development Officer, Senior Financial Analyst, and Financial Analyst. Prior experience includes a Graduate Research Assistant position at the Institute for Policy Research, focusing on social area analysis for the Greater Cincinnati Region, and as a Housing Access Specialist at Santa Maria Community Services, where assistance was provided to individuals seeking safe, affordable housing. Katie’s early career included a role as a Volunteer Coordinator with Americorps Public Allies, where community engagement initiatives were established. Katie holds a Master’s degree in Community Planning with a focus on Economic Development from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor of Science in Geography and Urban Planning from Ohio University.
