Inge Grasdal

Inge Grasdal became Executive Vice President, Corporate Development in January 2022. Before joining Graco, he was Vice President Corporate Development at Ecolab from November 2018 to January 2022. Prior to joining Ecolab, he was Senior Director Corporate Development at 3M Company from 2012 to October 2018. From 2007 to 2012, he was Vice President of Investment Banking at Piper Jaffray & Co. Prior to joining Piper Jaffray, he held various roles in finance, consulting and engineering, including most recently as Director of Finance – Analytics at United Health Group from 2003 to 2007. He joined the Company in January 2022.
