Paul Gelter is currently the CEO of PFG Consulting LLC and a member of Centric Consulting's CIO Services team since 2018. They served as the Chief Administrative Officer at the Christ Hospital Health Network from 2014 to 2018 and were the COO at TiER1 Performance Solutions from 2012 to 2014. With a decade of experience as a Senior Operating Officer at American Modern Insurance Group and an earlier tenure as a partner at Andersen Consulting, Gelter specializes in information systems implementation, change management, and cultural transformation. Additionally, Paul holds an MBA in Information Systems from the University of Michigan and serves on the boards of 3CDC and the Family Nurturing Center.
