Brian Hartmann

Brian Hartmann is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in cyber intelligence, network defense, and security program development. Currently serving as a Cyber Security Program Development Analyst at 3Ci since September 2019, Brian previously held various roles, including Cyber Intel and CND Analyst for the US Army, where relevant cyber intelligence products were created for multiple commands and a cyber center covering 16 countries. Brian's expertise further extends to senior positions at Raytheon Intelligence, Information and Services, and Kratos SecureInfo, where emphasis was placed on network security and cyber threat analysis. Brian also has a background in web proxy engineering and exchange administration at General Dynamics Information Technology and TEKsystems, respectively, and began a foundational career as a Security Officer at Doyon, Limited, and an Infantry Team Leader in the US Army. Education includes ongoing studies in Information Technology with a focus on Security at Western Governors University.
