Amr Nabil has extensive work experience in various roles. Amr began their career at Porto Group as a Sales Representative from August 2014 to July 2015. Amr then worked at DotMasr as a Sales and Marketing Specialist from September 2015 to April 2016. Amr Nabil then joined Shift Skills as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator from March 2016 to May 2017. Amr then worked at yellowpages as a Database Management Specialist from June 2017 to May 2018. Amr Nabil then transitioned to 3D|Diagnostix, where they held multiple roles. Amr initially started as a Customer Support Specialist from January 2019 to December 2021. Amr then became a Customer Support Lead from December 2021 to March 2023. Currently, Amr Nabil is working as a Quality Control Specialist at 3D|Diagnostix, starting in April 2023.
Amr Nabil obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Ain Shams University in 2018. Prior to that, they attended the World Trade Organization Institute from 2012 to 2013 and obtained an Associate's Degree in International Marketing. Amr completed their high school education at Amin Alra'i Secondary School from 2005 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Amr Nabil has obtained various certifications, including the Google Project Management Certificate from Coursera in January 2023, Certified Six Sigma Yellow Belt (CSSYB) from the International Six Sigma Institute™ in July 2021, and ISO 10000 Customer Satisfaction Management from Udemy in July 2021. Amr has also completed several online courses and training programs related to project management, Six Sigma, lean Six Sigma, operational excellence, and facilitation.
