David Carr has a wealth of experience in the field of quality assurance. David began their career in 1976 as an Automatic Flight Control Systems Specialist with the United States Air Force. In 1981, they worked as an Instrumentation Technician with the New Mexico Engineering Research Institute. In 1984, they joined Intel Corporation as an Intel Module Repair Quality Engineer and held various roles such as Project Feasibility/Development Engineer, Senior Electroplating Process and Equipment Engineer, Thermal Business Unit Equipment Engineer, Hitachi Metal Etch Engineering Technician, and Applied Materials 8310/8330 Oxide and Metal Etch Engineering Technician. In 2016, they worked as an Engineering Consultant for 3D Glass Solutions, Inc. and in 2018, they became a Sr. Quality Assurance Engineer for SolAero Technologies Corp. In 2020, they returned to 3D Glass Solutions, Inc. as a Quality Assurance Manager.

David Carr's education history includes attending ITT Technical Institute-Albuquerque from 1992 to 1993, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) in Electronics and Computer Engineer. David also attended Shepherd Technical Training Center in 1978 for Automatic Flight Control Systems E3A, AFETS 1550th ATTW in 1976 for HH-53 Automatic Flight Control Systems, and USAF School of Applied Aerospace Sciences in 1976 for Automatic Flight Controls Systems. Additionally, they attended Maine Endwell Senior High.
