Collin Sides

Collin Sides has a diverse work experience with various roles in human resources and sports coaching. In 2016, they started as an Assistant Lacrosse Coach with the Henry County Lacrosse Association, overseeing player development, planning practices and games, and handling parental communication and payments. In 2019, Collin worked as a Parking Attendant for the Atlanta College Lacrosse Classic, where they directed parking, coordinated with other attendants, and analyzed parking setup for optimal traffic flow and safety. Collin then worked at the Druid Hills Golf Club in 2019 as a Pool Snack Bar Associate, creating a welcoming environment for members, managing supply records, and analyzing sales data for future supply needs. In 2020, Collin became a Pool Deck Leader at the same golf club, ensuring smooth operations and member satisfaction. In 2021, they pursued an HR internship at US Cold, gaining experience in various HR functions. In 2022, Collin interned as a Human Resources Intern at Morrison Hershfield, assisting in developing a new internship program and sourcing interns globally. Collin also worked as a Sports Coach at 3d Lacrosse and currently, Collin serves as a Human Resources Specialist at FLEETCOR, where they provide support in labor and employee relations, new policy implementation, unemployment disputes, verification of employment requests, and managing immigration and leave processes.

Collin Sides pursued their education at Oglethorpe University from 2018 to 2022. During this period, they focused on Human Resources Management and Services, ultimately earning a degree in Human Resources Management. Additionally, they pursued minors in Sociology and Psychology.
