Paul Ramsay

Paul joined 3d leisure originally as a fitness instructor. After holding many roles in the company he was promoted to the Board in 2000. Paul has worked extensively with a wide range of clients and understands what is needed to get the most out of the clubs.

As Managing Director, Paul oversees the performance of all their managed clubs through close support of the Regional Management team. Paul will meet with Club Managers and client contacts on a monthly basis (or whenever required) to ensure that we are delivering their promise at every site. Paul coordinates the development of all the company’s QMS and is responsible for their partnership and alliances with external suppliers.
