Matthew Osment

Matthew Osment is the Product Director at 3D Repo. Prior to that, they worked as the Digital Transformation and Analytics Projects Manager at XD Construction Services from January 2018 to April 2020. There, they were responsible for Design and oversaw development of a new Commercial Management tool aiming to reduce the administration burden and increase the Commercial teams ability to improve the Client's commercial position. Additionally, they developed lean construction practices that were implemented by both the Client and the Construction Management team.

Before XD Construction Services, Matthew worked as the BIM & Data Lead Consultant at Rapid 5D Ltd from April 2015 to November 2017.

Matthew started their career as a Graduate Quantity Surveyor at Costain Group PLC from July 2014 to April 2015.

Matthew Osment completed a BSc (Hons) in Computer Aided Product Design from Bournemouth University. Matthew is certified from The Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) in Construction Ethics and Compliance, Coventry University in Organisational Behaviour in Construction, Boston University in Product Management with Lean, Agile and System Design Thinking, SoloLearn in SQL Fundamentals, and Coursera Course Certificates in Construction Scheduling.
