3D Spark
Arnd Struve's work experience began in 2012 as an intern at Airbus. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a student assistant at the Institut für Leichtbau und Kunststofftechnik (ILK), TU Dresden. In 2015, they continued their work at the same institute as a research assistant before moving on to LZN Laser Zentrum Nord GmbH, where they worked as a research associate from 2015 to 2017. In 2018, Struve joined the Fraunhofer Institute for Additive Production Technology (IAPT) as a research associate, a position they held until 2021. In the same year, they became a stipendary at Helmut Schmidt University. Currently, Arnd Struve is the Chief Technology Officer at 3D Spark, starting in July 2021.
Arnd Struve obtained a Doctoral Degree in Additive Manufacturing from the Hamburg University of Technology, completing their studies in 2021. Prior to that, they received a Graduate Engineer (Dipl.-Ing.) degree in Leichtbau und Kunststofftechnik from the Institute of Lightweight Engineering and Polymer Technology (ILK) at Technische Universität Dresden, which they completed in 2015.

The 3D Spark solution includes precise cost computation, orientation optimization, an analysis core, and other capabilities. Their purpose is to maximize the efficiency of industrial component and assemblyproduction.
