Frank Smith began their work experience as a Chef at Sodexo from May 2004 to August 2007. Frank then worked as an Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technician at Xerox from September 2007 to December 2013. Currently, they are the Lead Engineering Technician at 3D Systems Corporation since January 2014, where they have grown from a sole technician to leading a team of over 15 members. Frank has a wide array of experience in engineering support, including data collection and reporting, fixture design, machine repair, training, and process control.
