Khalil Moussa has extensive experience in research and development, particularly in the field of 3D printing materials and processes. Since 1998, Khalil has been with 3D Systems, serving as Chief Scientist and Vice President of R&D as well as Technical Fellow in Materials, where leadership in the development of new materials and processes for 3D printing has been a key focus. Prior to this role, Khalil held the position of Senior Director of Materials and Process Development, managing research projects in advanced printing technologies such as Stereolithography and Laser Sintering. Earlier professional experience includes roles at Corning Incorporated, where Khalil worked as a Project Engineer on UV curable resins, and at Polychrome Corp, where contributions were made in the development of photoresists for the graphic arts industry. Khalil holds a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from Université de Haute-Alsace Mulhouse-Colmar and a Master of Science in Organic Chemistry from Université Saint Gerome in Marseille, France.
