H.Berk Giray, MBA, MSc has extensive work experience. Starting in 2007, they were an Expert Engineer at Aselsan. From 2012 to 2014, they were the Market Development and Product Leader at Kordsa Global. From 2014 to 2016, they were the Business Development Manager at DowAksa. During the same time period, they were also the Business Development Manager at Atılım Üniversitesi. In 2016, they became the Co-founder & Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at 3D3 Technology, where they designed and produced new generation 3D Printers. The company provided products to 81 cities in Turkey and 3 countries. H.Berk has also received numerous awards and recognitions, including the Middle East Technical University New Ideas New Businesses (YFYI) Award, the Hamdi Ulukaya (Chobani) Recognation in New York, USA, the IE Business School High Impact Leadership Scholarship in Madrid, Spain, the Turkish Time Most Successful 100 Start Ups Recognation in Turkey, and the TÜSİAD SD2 Program Award in Turkey.

H.Berk Giray holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi / Middle East Technical University, which they obtained between 1999 and 2005. H.Berk then went on to complete a Master of Science (MS) in Chemical Engineering from the same university, which they obtained between 2007 and 2010. In 2014, they received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Istanbul Bilgi University. In 2018, they completed a High Impact Leadership program from IE Business School and also took a course in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from New York University.
