Irene Walsh

Irene Walsh has a diverse work experience and has held various roles in different companies. Irene started their career as a UX Designer at Traidlinks in March 2013 and worked there until August 2013. In May 2013, they briefly worked as an Identity Designer at DIT School of Media. Irene then joined 3D4Medical from Elsevier in October 2013 as a UX Designer and held this role until June 2015. Irene then progressed to become the Head of Design at the same company from June 2015 to March 2021. From October 2016 to November 2017, they served as the Director of Design. Irene then took on the role of Chief Design Officer from November 2017 onwards. In July 2021, they became the Director of Product, Design & Content, and later transitioned into the role of Senior Director of Product & Education Design in December 2022. Irene Walsh earned a Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) degree from Technological University Dublin in the years 2005 to 2011. Irene also obtained an MSc in Creative Digital Media with a focus on Interactive Media from Technological University Dublin from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, they have participated in the RELX Enterprising Leaders Program at Harvard Business School Executive Education, though the specific month and year of completion are not mentioned.
