Rhonda Neal has extensive work experience in human resources and talent management. Rhonda is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources and Talent at 3DE Schools. Prior to this, they held the same position at Junior Achievement of Georgia. In 2014, they founded NealHR Consulting, LLC, where they provided HR consultancy services to various industries and also worked as a Registered Corporate Coach. In addition, Rhonda has held several positions at Kaiser Permanente, including Manager of Diversity and Linguistics, Learning and Organizational Development Consultant, and Human Resources Consultant/HR Generalist. Rhonda has also worked as the Manager of Learning at Turner Broadcasting System and Manager of Human Resources at Weyerhaeuser. Rhonda'scareer began at IBM as a Senior Associate Programmer.

Rhonda Neal has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics/Computer Science from Lane College, obtained between 1983 and 1987. Rhonda also holds a Master of Arts degree in Higher Education and Student Affairs from The Ohio State University. Additionally, they have a Master of Labor and Human Resources (MLHR) degree from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business. Rhonda Neal has obtained various certifications in disciplines such as AIM Change Management, DISC, FOCUS, Hay Group 360, MBTI, Project Management, Registered Corporate Coach (RCC), Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, Symphony Performance Management System, and Thomas Kilman Conflict Assessment.
