Rosie Sundell

Rosie Sundell has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Rosie started their career in 1997, working in communications and marketing roles for emerging technology start-ups. Rosie then moved on to work as the Director of Marketing and Sales for Bear Valley Resort, where they focused on repositioning the resort and developing strategic plans. Rosie also served as the Sr. Revenue Director for the resort, providing leadership and support to revenue-generating departments. In 2012, they became the Managing Director of Green Pail Partners, where they supported technology start-ups and SMBs with marketing, recruiting, and training. Currently, Rosie is the Senior Director of Talent, Culture & Development at 3Degrees Group, Inc., where they focus on talent acquisition, learning & development, and employer branding strategies.

Rosie Sundell holds a Diversity & Inclusion Masters Certificate from Cornell University. Rosie also completed an Executive Education Program in Digital Marketing - Customer Engagement, Social Media, Planning & Analytics at Columbia Business School. In addition, Rosie gained proficiency in HTML through the HTML Mastery program at the University of Michigan. Rosie also pursued studies in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at San Jose State University.
