Suzanne Kling

Suzanne Kling is vice president of people operations, where she leads 3Degrees’ talent acquisition and human resource teams responsible for finding the best talent and providing team members with the tools, support, and opportunities necessary to succeed.

Suzanne believes that culture is the key to a company’s success and has spent over a decade helping organizations of all sizes build an environment that supports employees and the business.

In 2017, Suzanne brought these skills to 3Degrees, attracted to both our mission and our culture. In addition to the traditional talent acquisition and human resources elements of her role, she also works closely with our employee-led committees, coaching them on how to professionally lead and report to executive staff on initiatives such as diversity and inclusion, sustainability, and corporate philanthropy.

Outside of work, Suzanne volunteers with Summer Search, a program that is committed to closing the educational gap by providing mentoring and experiential opportunities to students from low-income communities on their journey to a college degree. She also enjoys travel, especially beach vacations where she can practice her surfing skills.

Suzanne received her BA in Women's Studies from San Diego State University and an MBA from University of Phoenix.
