Karl Lind has a diverse work experience spanning from 2010 to 2021. In 2010, they were a UW Flow Cytometry Lab Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In 2011, they were a UW Cryogenics Lab Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In 2012, they were a Design Engineer at ARPAC LLC, where they designed automation machinery and systems integration, performed 3D-modeling and drafting, and conducted design analysis and lean manufacturing. In 2015, they became a Sales Engineer at EVG, where they led an entire business division of EVG in North America focusing on rebar fabrication machinery, performed market forecasting and analysis to drive new product development, and managed a team of service engineers who perform machinery installations and maintenance. In 2021, they became the Director of Sales at 3DEO, where they are responsible for reporting all sales activity to the board of directors and new investors, manages key client relationships to expand business, and sources new business to grow revenue 300% annually. Karl also manages a team of SDRs tasked with providing warm leads.
Karl Lind attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a B.S in Mechanical Engineering and Economics. In 2011, they also attended The University of Auckland, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering. In 2013, Karl obtained a CSWP certification from Solidworks.
