Gururaja Bhat

Gururaja Bhat is an accomplished Director of Implementation at 3Di Systems since June 2015, where oversight of the entire life cycle of SaaS releases has been achieved, leading to a consistent track record of successful quarterly launches. Previously, as a Program Manager, Gururaja successfully delivered a three-year application development program for the Housing Department of Los Angeles, generating over $55M annually for code enforcement and rent stabilization. At MassMutual Financial Group, significant contributions included managing the transformation and implementation of the Seibel CRM platform, serving as a primary IT contact for senior executives, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration. Gururaja also has extensive experience from Tata Consultancy Services, delivering regulatory compliance projects and migrating legacy applications to SAP, while supporting project governance and resource management. Gururaja holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Engineering (1996-2000).
