Marie-Laure Pochon has been working in the pharmaceutical industry since 1983. Marie-Laure began their career at Merck, where they held roles ranging from Product Manager to Sales & Marketing Director. In 1995, they joined Pfizer as Directeur BU Capysdia. In 1999, they moved to Schwarz Pharma as Président France. In 2007, they joined Lundbeck as Executive Vice President, Managing Director/Président France, and Regional Vice-President Europe & Turkey. In 2012, they moved to GN Store Nord as Senior Vice President Europe & Worldwide Strategic Accounts. In 2013, they became Président of Apicea, a company created in 2011 and incubated at Paris Biotech Santé and then at Petit Poucet. Apicea has more than 200 customers and is the Nb1 provider of digital services to public and private hospitals in France. In 2014, they joined Acteon Group as CEO & President. In 2020, they became CEO & President of 3DISC and Advisory Board Member of Septodont.
Marie-Laure Pochon attained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from ISA-HEC between 1981 and 1983, with a focus on Stratégie. Prior to that, they earned an Ingénieur degree from ESPCI Paris - PSL between 1978 and 1982, with a focus on Physique Chimie.
