Ranjith Dass

Ranjith Dass is a seasoned technology professional specializing in solutions architecture and digital transformation, currently serving as Principal Solutions Architect at 3E since February 2024. With a diverse background, Ranjith has held significant positions such as Solutions Architect at relayr, System Architect and System Engineer at Boeing, and IoT System Architect at DataGlen Technologies. As a co-founder of Tesseract Engineering, Ranjith developed the Elevate® Ensemble™ product, which delivers substantial energy savings to customers. Previous experience at Ingersoll Rand included leadership in cause and effect analysis and the development of predictive maintenance algorithms that significantly reduced costs. Ranjith holds a Master’s degree in Innovation and Management from HEC Paris and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Siddaganga Institute of Technology, complemented by a diploma from Karnataka Polytechnic and a high school diploma from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya.
