Werner Coppye is a seasoned technology expert with extensive experience in the fields of research and development. As the Co-founder and CTO of 3E since April 1999, Werner Coppye has been pivotal in defining and managing the company's technological roadmap. Prior to this, from 1996 to 1999, Werner Coppye worked as an R&D project manager at Philips Hearing Implants, overseeing the development of hardware and software for hearing implant clinical fitting. Earlier career experience includes a researcher position at IMEC from 1992 to 1996, where Werner Coppye focused on high-efficiency silicon solar cells and photovoltaic systems research.
