3E stands for:

Energy. Conserving energy and self-sufficiency are the keywords in modern housing. The vision of the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is that affordable net zero energy houses are available for consumers by the year 2030. Combined with consumer energy production technology, such as solar panels, our houses can achieve this goal right away, and even without them come very close to net zero energy.

Efficiency. If you want to go green you will have to pay a little extra, right? Not necessarily. Our customers will not see the difference in the price compared to a normal house, only the savings in the electricity bill. Besides, regular brick houses take several weeks to construct. Once manufactured our polyurethane elements can be assembled in one work day. 

Environment. More than 50% of the electricity bill is caused by air conditioning and heating. With our solution, this part of the bill can be cut off. That already sounds nice for the customer, but the benefits are considerable to the environment too. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed the state of Florida to cut power plant CO2 emissions by 38% by 2030. That equals almost 50 tons. Every house built with our technology is a step towards this goal.
