As chief executive officer, Greg Gartland brings more than two decades of experience scaling global data and analytics businesses. Greg brings a strong and consistent track record of innovation, execution and team leadership to 3E as the company expands its value proposition to customers and partners to accelerate 3E’s momentum and growth.
Greg previously served as chief product officer at S&P Global’s $2B Market Intelligence division where he had oversight for all products including desktop, mobile, data feeds and APIs, along with Market Intelligence’s Credit Risk Solutions group. Greg joined S&P Global when it acquired SNL Financial, which he joined in 2005. He led SNL’s financial institutions and real estate business lines and before that was managing director and principal of the Center for Financial Education. Prior to SNL, Greg helped launch a startup in the e-learning space and spent several years in management consulting. He started his career as a product manager at Greenwich Associates.
Greg received an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and a BS in finance from Villanova University. He has served on multiple non-profit boards including as board member of the Virginia Chamber of Commerce.
