Vibha Bhatia currently serves as the Head of Global Talent Acquisition at 3E, a leading provider of compliance solutions focused on safety and sustainability, starting in April 2024. Additionally, Vibha is a Principal at Purple Phoenix Consulting Services LLC, offering human capital advisory and coaching services since September 2022. Previously, Vibha held various leadership roles in talent acquisition, including positions at Top Line Growth Partners and Caribou. With extensive experience in human resources consulting, Vibha has contributed to organizations such as DrFirst, Taproot Foundation, and Hanusoft Inc. Vibha holds a PGDM in HR from Symbiosis International University, an MBA in Human Resources Development, and a B.Com (Hons) from Delhi University.
