Naté joins CLASP as the first ever in-house Director of Human Resources. She uses data driven analysis to maximize operational effectiveness and employee engagement, developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives, specifically from a diversity, equity, and inclusion viewpoint. Prior to joining CLASP Naté served in HR leadership at CSIS. She has a degree in Human Resource Management and Diversity & Inclusion from the University of Maryland and is a SHRM-Certified Professional. During her personal time, Naté enjoys hosting family and friends for gatherings.

Nate has also worked as a Payroll/HR Administrator for Knight Protective Services, Inc. from February 2004 to March 2010. In this role, they were responsible for administering payroll and benefits, as well as managing employee records.

Nate Harris is a strategic and experienced Human Resources professional with a proven track record of success in driving organizational initiatives, fostering employee empowerment, and creating and supporting high-performing teams.

Nate Harris attended the University of Maryland Global Campus, where they studied Human Resources Management and Services. Nate is certified by SHRM in SHRM-CP.
