Suresh Sharma Bapatla is a seasoned professional in quality assurance and operations management, currently serving as the Quality Assurance Manager at 3F Industries Ltd. since February 2024. Prior to this, Suresh held the position of Manager - Quality & Operations at WeiKFiELD Foods Pvt. Ltd. from August 2022 to January 2024, and worked at SWG Consumer Care Ltd. as Manager - Operations and Quality from February 2020 to February 2023, following a lengthy tenure at Unilever from August 1993 to February 2023, where responsibilities included managing quality assurance, production, and supply chain operations for multiple export units in beverages. Suresh has substantial experience with food safety certifications and has led initiatives to drive manufacturing performance and cost efficiency while ensuring compliance with quality standards. Suresh holds an MBA in Operations Management from the ICFAI Foundation for Higher Education, Hyderabad.
