Matt Fletcher

Matt Fletcher is currently the Head of Operations at 3FM and also serves as the Breakfast Presenter and Assistant Programme Director. Additionally, Matt is the Managing Director of Matt Fletcher Entertainment & Events. In the past, Matt worked as a Breakfast Presenter & Programme Director at Energy FM. Matt holds a degree in Radio Presentation from the National Broadcasting School in Brighton, as well as degrees in Lighting & Sound Design and Entertainment Technology from Oldham College.
