Lauren Smith, M.S., M.P.H., is the Director of Sustainability at 3form, where they currently lead sustainability initiatives. Previously, Lauren contributed as a consultant at Beaumont Health System, helping to implement sustainable practices for LEED certification, and interned at Huron County SafePlace, where they established operational manuals and secured support for a women's shelter. Lauren's early experience includes work with the Uganda Village Project, enhancing public health through community engagement, as well as research roles at ICF International focused on ozone-depleting substances and sustainability policies. They are pursuing additional degrees in Environmental Science, Public Health, and Environmental Policy and Planning at the University of Michigan.
