The 3G Foundation is a youth-empowerment organization based in Ankara, Türkiye, dedicated to helping young people learn, create, and lead with purpose.
We believe that every young person deserves access to quality learning, real-life experience, and international exposure — the foundation for a confident, capable, and connected generation.

Our mission is to bridge education, innovation, and global opportunity.
We connect students, educators, and professionals through initiatives that combine learning with doing — blending academic growth, project-based work, and mentorship into a unified development journey.

Through our flagship programs — YES Universe and the 3G Circles (Skill • Inno • Impact • Insight • Creative • International • Lead) — we empower young people to explore ideas, build meaningful projects, and grow as changemakers.
Each Circle focuses on a key dimension of growth: from entrepreneurship and sustainability to research, arts, international relations, and leadership.
Together, they form an ecosystem that strengthens talent, creativity, and community.

Operating across Türkiye, Azerbaijan, and the broader region, 3G Foundation collaborates with universities, companies, NGOs, and international organizations to open new learning and career pathways.
We align our work with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and ESG values, emphasizing equality, innovation, and social responsibility.

We see youth not as beneficiaries but as partners in change — future professionals, creators, and leaders capable of transforming their communities.
3G Foundation offers them the tools, mentorship, and opportunities to turn their ideas into impact.
