Shon Rathbone

Shon Rathbone is the Founder, Creative Chairman, and CEO of 3Headed Monster, a full-service ad agency that focuses on providing Tomorrow Brands with the creative edge needed to succeed in the market. Prior to founding 3Headed Monster, Shon held various executive creative positions at Publicis, Rathbone Moncaleano Desir, Foote, Cone & Belding, Leo Burnett, Carmichael Lynch, and Hal Riney & Partners. Shon studied Advertising at Michigan State University from 1987 to 1992.
